Billing

AHR Sentinel costs $29 per month, billed through Stripe to the card on file. The subscription renews each month until you cancel it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that. Amounts already paid are not refunded for partial months.

What this tool is

AHR Sentinel is a compliance workflow tool. It records the AHR scores you enter, tracks the penalties and fund holds behind them, and drafts appeal letters from that information. It is not a law firm, and nothing it produces is legal advice. Appeal letters are drafts for you to review, edit, and send as your own.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular AHR score, restriction removal, penalty reversal, or fund release. Those decisions belong to TikTok. Drafted appeals are a starting point, not a promise, and you are responsible for what you submit.

Accuracy of your data

TikTok's API does not expose your AHR score, so the score history is only as accurate as what you enter by hand. Penalty and fund-hold records come from your finance statements and depend on those statements being complete.

Changes

We may update these terms; when we do, we will say so on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
